How can I place an order? 

Placing your order is easy!


  1. Browse our collection and choose your favorite magnets.

  2. Choose the number of magnets you want.

  3. Click “Choose Photo” and upload the photos you’d like on your magnets.

  4. Add to Cart and proceed to checkout.

  5. Complete your payment and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare your magnets and ship them with a tracking number.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can follow your parcel’s journey.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please check your tracking number first.

If there’s still an issue, contact us with your order details, and we’ll help locate your parcel or provide a replacement if needed.

How long does shipping take? 

Orders take up to 2 business days to be prepared before shipping. This is because each magnet is carefully made and packed, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery times are:


  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3-6 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • Shipping to New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take a little longer.

A tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped so you can follow your parcel to your home!

Do you offer express shipping? 

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.

Returns & Exchange:

Can I return a magnet?  

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns because each magnet is custom-made and personalized for your order.

If your magnet arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll be happy to replace it.

Can my order be updated or cancelled?

If your order has not yet been processed, please email us with your order number and the changes you’d like to make, or if you wish to cancel it. 

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified

What if my magnet arrives damaged? 

We’re sorry if your magnets arrive damaged! Please contact us as soon as possible and send a photo of the damaged item.

We’ll replace your magnet at no extra cost and make sure it reaches you safely.

Do you offer gift wrapping? 

We don’t offer gift wrapping yet, but we’re planning to add this option soon!

Can I buy magnets in bulk or wholesale?
